About the project:
The project aimed to improve collaboration between schools – public authorities – civil society in order to open the school to new experiences on the development of participatory citizenship among young people, to stimulate the development of students’ skills related to initiative, creativity, artistic expression, entrepreneurship, volunteering by / with media tools.
Through the project:
Students, young people made audio-visual productions (documentaries, cartoons, videos, etc.) within workshops and laboratories, on the themes of the European Year of Citizenship 2013 and 2014 and European Year of Development 2015.
There were held training courses for teachers and students in the field of education through multimedia.
There were held debates on the project’s topics involving students, teachers, parents and educators, exhibitions of photographs, drawings, collages, web and TV broadcasts, on the themes of the project, exchanges between the two regions.
There were held the first two editions of the European School Film Festival, organized in Senigallia, Italy from 5 to 8 October 2014 (1117 audio-visual works submitted) and in Alba Iulia, Romania from 20 to 22 April 2015 (795 audio-visual works submitted).
